Students participate in “Iditarod Day” Students at Dillsburg Elementary will engage in numerous Iditarod-themed activities Wednesday, March 3rd as a send off to teacher Monica Cornett, who departs for the famous sled dog event March 4. Activities include constructing mobiles of Alaskan wildlife seen along the trail, making “trail mix”, and elapsed time events based on the race checkpoints.
